Charming Private Cabin on Red Haven Farm – Woods, Creeks & Stargazing

So I have some criteria when I book a cabin. I do not want to be in close proximity to neighbors. Definitely not on a busy road. Close to hiking trails. A place of tranquility to escape the confines and stresses of the work world. I happened upon Red Haven, in a moment when I needed to lose the world and reconnect with nature. The only sounds you hear are nature. It’s remote and so perfectly beautiful. Sandy and Martin are the most gracious, kind and warm-hearted people you will ever meet. It’s amazing that they open their heart and property to us. Make time to visit the farmers market Saturday morning.

What a beautiful and peaceful place to be close to nature and rest. So clean, well stocked with amenities, and surrounded by gorgeous light and stars forever. Thank you!

Two weeks of sunsets and wildlife watching from the back porch! Clean, cute, and well maintained cabin; safe feeling property, welcoming hosts and animals! My very young granddaughters loved the farm tour. These hosts are in it for the love of sharing their space. A beautiful farm and fabulous hosts!

Little slice of heaven Positive: I loved the surrounding land and the peace. It is truly secluded. There seem to be trails but I did not get to try them out. Negative: The roads are gravel and one lane. Be cautious and watch for two way traffic. I would have preferred that a sleeper sofa was available downstairs. The futon that was there is too worn out for sleeping although fine for sitting.
